About Me

I’m a 28 year old father of one. I’ve been programming in some form or another since I got my first computer (Commador 64), then the old dual floppy IBM, ahaha. I moved to the Apple IIe and spent a year playing with drawing blocks of color on screen. (7th Grade) I progressed from there to where I am now. I haven’t been formerly educated, although I tried, but with a divorce and all that stuff I have been unable to continue. I learned by doing, screwing up and then fixing, thats the easiest way right?

What do I do in my spare time? I code. I’m always coding something, 90% of my code goes unreleased as I feel it sucks. I’m the worst critic. I recently started dabbling in Cocoa/ObjC. I come from a Windows background (don’t we all?) and I got smart and moved to Apple. Best decision I ever made. My primary Cocoa projects are on this site, TypeRefleX and BGHUDAppKit. If you look at the code be warned, I just started back in Feb ’08. So be easy on me :)

Other than code my time is taken up with a 5 year old (well every other weekend anyways). We have lots of toys, from Nitro R/C cars to R/C Helicopters and Airplanes, he plays the Wii and I play the PS3. My favorite bands are KoRn and Boondox :) Believe it or not my 5 year olds favorite song is Evolution by KoRn. Umm...well thats it for now, I’m tired.
